Salvatore Cauteruccio

Salvatore Cauteruccio, accordionist, composer and teacher.

He has intense concert activity all over the world with projects ranging from "solo" to symphony orchestra. He has performed in Italy, Russia, Germany, Holland, Brazil, Switzerland, Slovenia, Albania and England collaborating with artists of the caliber of: Geoff Westley, Mariella Nava, Cesare Cremonini, Anna Mazzamauro, Eric Daniel.

He has published for the Sinfonica Jazz "Basic Course of Theory and Solfeggio", "Basic and intermediate technique for accordion" and has recorded the following CDs: Accordion Solo (Nsj), Algun Dia (Nsj), In Milonga (nomination Orpheus Awards 2015 for World Music accordion), Alma (nomination Orpheus Awards 2013 for Jazz accordion), Tangout (nomination Orpheus Awards 2008 for Jazz accordion), Live in studio, which won the IMAIE award for film music at the prestigious international festival of Castelfidardo (An).

Since 2012 he has been in the list of the the "Top Ten" Italian accordionists at the Jazzit Awards.
